When you become a National Geographic Museum Annual Pass Member, you support our nonprofit work in conservation, exploration, education, and cultural preservation. You can purchase an Annual Pass online, over the phone with our ticket office, or in person at the museum ticket desk. We recommend purchasing your Annual Pass in person so that a museum staff member can provide you with your welcome packet and all information about your membership.
To give an Annual Pass as a gift, please purchase a gift certificate for the price of the Annual Pass you would like to gift. We ask that you do not purchase an Annual Pass for someone else.
To reserve tickets for the National Geographic Museum, you can either call the ticket office at 202-857-7700 or visit the museum ticket desk. Unfortunately, we do not have a way for Annual Pass holders to reserve tickets online at this time.
To reserve tickets for Nat Geo Live and Nat Geo Nights events, you can purchase online, over the phone, or in person. Please select the Annual Pass holder price type when purchasing online.
Annual Pass holders can always get tickets to the museum, even on weekends and holidays. On days we expect to be busy, we hold a number of tickets per hour for our Annual Pass holders.
Annual Pass holders can expect to receive their first magazine 4-6 weeks after the date of purchase. If you do not receive a magazine after 8 weeks, please e-mail our ticket office at firstname.lastname@example.org or inform a museum staff member upon your next visit.
