Explorer Ethics and Integrity in Action

Participants will understand the National Geographic Society's Code of Ethics and how it pertains to them, their work, and their relationship with the Society. You will hear real examples from National Geographic Explorers, and tips for how to handle difficult situations in the field.

Invisible Influencers: Understanding Unconscious Bias

This self-paced course for National Geographic Explorers will provide you with cognitive insight into how we view the world, why we intuitively make certain decisions, and how to break out of your unconscious patterns of behavior.

Sciencetelling™ Bootcamp

The Sciencetelling™ Bootcamp suite of courses draws on National Geographic's deep experience in cross-platform storytelling to help explorers and scientists learn how to communicate their critical work in ways that build global geographic knowledge and empower us all to generate solutions for a healthier future. Participants will learn from world-class National Geographic magazine photographers, editors, and digital video producers how to showcase their work through captivating photos, compelling video, and written stories from the field.

Exploring Conservation

Exploring Conservation is a free six-course wildlife conservation series aimed at educating everyone about the importance of conservation and how they can get involved. This is a public offering open to both Explorers and the general public.
