On Campus

    About National Geographic on Campus

This year, we’ve launched National Geographic On Campus, a series of programs designed specifically for university audiences.

Our goal is to give students the tools they need to become leading changemakers by connecting them with National Geographic’s community of explorers—photographers, scientists, storytellers, and educators. These multiday science and storytelling events, developed in collaboration with each participating institution, are geared to both undergraduate and graduate students from across the university.

This program offers universities the opportunity to partner closely with National Geographic, which in turn creates a unique chance for students to imagine a future in science, communication, filmmaking, education, and more!

This two-day program—World Without Borders—featured dynamic talks by National Geographic Explorers, UM faculty, and local thought leaders; networking opportunities; and a full day of hands-on workshops that amplified what is being taught in the classroom. #NatGeoUnivMiami
