National Geographic’s Early Career Grant Program funds bold and innovative projects that span the fields of conservation, education, research, storytelling, and technology. Early Career Grants are typically $5,000-$10,000 and provide the next generation of conservation heroes with an opportunity to lead projects, make meaningful contributions to the world, and become new leaders in their fields.
Every year, the Lindblad Expeditions-National Geographic Fund aims to inspire guests traveling aboard our fleet to support 40 National Geographic Early Career Grantees, including those you see below.
Laura Bizzarri, Jeanelle Brisbane, Alli Cutting,
Francesco Facchinelli, Cecilia Liszka, and Long Vu
The Lindblad Expeditions-National Geographic Fund (LEX-NG) supports projects that address the health and viability of our world’s oceans, coastlines, and coastal communities in the regions visited by our fleet, and beyond. Our work comes from shipboard travelers who are inspired by our shared mission.
With your help, we're cultivating the next generation of conservation leaders who are driven by a passion to protect and preserve, ensuring a more sustainable future for our planet.
