Henry Ellenbogen
Henry Ellenbogen is the founder, managing partner and chief investment officer of Durable Capital Partners LP (Durable). Durable, which was founded in 2019, invests in early-stage and durable growth companies across private and public markets and manages $19B in assets as of November 2024. Prior to founding Durable, Henry worked at T. Rowe Price for 18 years. He was the portfolio manager for the New Horizons Fund from 2010-2019 and the Media and Telecommunications Fund from 2005-2009. Henry also served as the chief investment officer for U.S. Equity Growth. He currently serves as chairman of the board of The Posse Foundation and is a member of Barron’s Roundtable. Henry graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in history and science from Harvard College. He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
