Album Reviews

Review:
Here is music from the Six Nations of the Grand River Indian reservation in southern Ontario, Canada. This rap group has been around since 1999 and this song, released on their second CD in 2003 won first place in the Canadian Aboriginal Awards. Tru Rez's new music video has a wonderfully positive message about the importance of family & community support: "This is dedicated to those among us, who rose above us, who chose to love us, and when we didn't push ourselves they were first to shove us."
